Maj. Patrick Cox of the U.S. Marine Corps deserves a medal for bravery - and not just for his efforts as a tank battalion commander in the Iraq war.
Cox had the guts to stand in front of about 75 Buffalo Bills players - some of whom stand a foot taller and weigh twice as much as he does - and call them all "ladies."
And all the players did was applaud Cox.
"I have one request, actually an order, for you ladies - to beat the Patriots on opening day," Cox told the players Wednesday, as the Bills hosted the Marines at their minicamp practice in Ralph Wilson Stadium.
