Troup agrees to a four-year deal worth a maximum of roughly $4.61 M with just over $2.6 M guaranteed with BUF.

caplannfl Very highly regarded DT in scouting circles. He can play end or NT in Buffalo's 3-4.

He also does a great job of answering questions asked from any team's fans, which is always a plus.

Cool. The players who needed to be here from the start are here. Spiller doesn't need to, and most likely will take awhile to sign, as there is only 1-1st rounder signed at present.

I definitely noticed that. I am following him now. After removeing Mortreport I will be able to handle keeping track of a few more people. Mort is a spaming ****.

Interesting, I like the idea of him lining up at end at times with Harvey in the middle.

NFLN Steve Wyche who is a reporter I really like said the Spiller deal "could take a while"

Bills are probably trying to sign him to 8 years.

Chad Gailey may be the greatest coach to ever walk in Buffalo, but i doubt he had anything to do with the signing of Troup. That was all Buddy Nix, Doug Whaley and Russ Brandon. And i think Jim Overdorf does a lot of work signing rookies but i'm not sure.

Wouldn't Nix be the one taking care of this, not Chan?

Thank you. With a year off looming and the rookie cap being a big negotiating issue, the 1st round picks could be waiting a long time.

I think the expectation is for Troup and Kyle to see about the same amount of play, but Kyle will be the 'starter' out of veteran respect at least for this year.
