It would seem the numbers would be easy to agree to within a week, unless he wants something out of the ordinary.

I'm not really sure what the hold up is (yes, I know it's money, but more specific). Now the RB after Spiller has signed, the pick right before and #11 have both signed. There are limits on both sides, and I have a hard time believing Spiller is pulling a Crabtree.
