Former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Akili Smith, former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver J.J. Stokes and former Atlanta Falcons receiver Willie Jackson all tried out at positions that are already considered stocked with either talent or up-and-coming players.
Smith, selected third in the 1999 draft out of the University of Oregon, played in just one game with Cincinnati last season, where he completed 12 of 33 attempts for 117 yards and one interception against Tampa Bay.
