      There's actually a special category called waived/injured. I don't know the details, but it's rare for teams to pick up these guys on waivers (though the Pats just did it to someone the other day, can't remember who). If the player passes waivers, the team can put them on IR.

          i say c-yah he has been on the training camp roster and a practice squad player for 3 years and hasnt been able to crack the horrible roster that long? out with the old in with the new..he has great camps every year what does that result in? NOTHING

          get a vet in here to compete for the rest of camp especially if Easely is out

                    Can't keep everybody...hopefully by the time the season starts we'll have five or six guys that belong at this level.

                            I see a guy with physical skills who has been here two years and was hurt for 1.5 of them. He had terrible coaching. I will wait until preseason to see what he does. He has more upside then Huggins and everbodys favorite local boy. You have to keep somebody, so with what we have I think he makes it, but everything can change after the preseason.
