        Interesting. I wonder how much this will change before the end of the preseason.

        I'm a little surprised to see Ellison at 2nd team ILB, despite being injured this whole time. Has Moats really been that unimpressive?

        There sure is a glut of young guys on the 2nd and 3rd teams at OLB. I wish we could keep all 6 (well, honestly, I'd rather dump Kelsay, but he's the most proven pass rusher out there, which is sad). I almost wonder if there's any way Coleman, with his lack of height, could also provide depth at ILB?

        Schouman is pretty far back, didn't realize he was 4th string.

        Hopefully Kyle Calloway can step it up and unseat Kirk Chambers.

        It's nice to see where Donald Jones is currently.

        Lot of young guys on this team, hopefully Gailey can do what Jauron consistently failed to do - develop them.

                  Donald Jones being third team is a nice surprise. Been talking about him since we signed him as a potential player to make it and right now he's in the top 6.

                      Calloway is interesting because Gailey was emphatic about us moving him to Guard yet he isnt listed as a backup there. Personally, I like the kid and think he's got a shot at becoming a solid starting RT.

                        I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
                        "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
                        You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
                        It was all                         true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
                        He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can                         mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
