    Hardy injured again, wow!

This guy was struggling in camp and now he's injured again! I know people here are still holding out hope that this guy is going to turn into somethiing but missing the first two pre-season games when you are on the bubble is just pathetic.

Yeah, yeah it's not his fault that he gets injured but the reality is that players get cut all of the time for not being able to stay healthy. It's bad luck, whatever, but this guy is a BUST.

There are so many reports on camp that basically say he's terrible and than you factor in that he can't get separation on our 3rd string DBs who are man-handling him and it's just pathetic.

I'd rather lose a bunch of games developing a core of players who can actually play than waste a roster spot on some potential that hasn't ever shown up to camp.

HH I don't disagree that this guy has been a huge bust so far but chill out a bit about it. You seem obsessed.

          We should've grabbed DeSean Jackson.

With Evans, Jackson, and Roscoe we'd have the smallest but fastest WR corp in the league. Nelson as the big red zone target.

That's easy to say now. I doubt many people wanted Jackson back then - everyone seemed to want Sweed, Kelly, Thomas, or Hardy. None of which have panned out.

I think Yobouty is in the "last chance" scenario as well but he has showed flashes of good play. Hardy has shown nothing so far.

As far as reports out of camp Mikey. PAT, WGR, and the Buffalo News have all said he's not looking good. Find a report that says he has.

Missing 2 pre-season games may seal his fate anyway so save your energy.

I'm more concerned about why the WRs seem to be getting injured before they even set foot on a game field. Is this a trend? Is the WR coach screwing up?

                    Re: Hardy injured again, wow!

I will say this for Hardy: it takes longer for big receivers to develop in the NFL becase they're generally not as polished route runners as the little guys and have a difficult time getting separation due to large body area to press.

I don't want to make excuses for him, but sucking his rookie year and being injured pretty much his entire 2nd year doesn't make him a bust right away.

If he peters out this year, then you can definitely throw that label on him, though it won't be entirely his fault.

                      1) Youboty had a very similar 1st 2 years as Hardy... And he didn't get cut... Let's hope that the similarities end there.
                      2) The vast majority of reports I've read (professionals, bloggers, fans attending camp) have been at least fair (certainly not bad)... You made the claim... back it up.

Isn't Chad Jackson is a pretty big receiver? Put Hardy on IR like we did with Crowell.

Ya, it's the WR coach's fault?

Do you work at Arbys or something?

Hey there's nothing wrong with Arby's.

I like roast beef sandwiches as much as the next guy.
