Trent Edwards started the opener, Ryan Fitzpatrick played extensively off the bench, and Brohm was inactive. The Bills may base their starter for the third game off the quarterbacks' combined film in games one and two. Coach Chan Gailey did note that accuracy has been Brohm's biggest issue in camp.

Probably a typo. But given the heated QB talk, I think this warrants conversation.

What IF Gailey announced Brohm as starter for Thursday? Initial reactions? Thoughts? Opinions?

I'd be pissed to be honest. While I want to see Brohm play, you don't keep a guy off the field one preseason game and then start him the next.

I read the article that they linked to, and I'm guessing they just went off of the title. The article itself says nothing about Brohm starting and actually says he'll come in as the No. 2. Rotoworld simply mis-read it.

can all agree that trent is not penciled in as the starter yet? because he ****ING SUCKS. definitely a typo though i'm sure his stank ass is starting for whatever reason.

i think he should be given the start. you don't know what you have in him if he's going against 2nd and 3rd teamers all of the time. the guy should have the 1st half by himself. he should be given that extended look that Fitz got.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind if that was true. At the last camp I went to, Brohm looked just as good, if not better, than Trent. Neither of them looked like a starting QB for an NFL team, mind you...
