Might as well call Schobel and make sure he's really made up his mind while we're at it.

Idk, i mean this is a rebuilding year so whats the point of wasting the opportunity to try out our crappy QB's in another system and see what Gailey can do with them, as he did in KC?

That's not realistic. Let's trade for Larry Fitzgerald first. THEN call Warner.

Warner isn't going to come back and get annihilated with our Offensive line any time soon.

JIm Kelly coming back would be more realistic that Kurt playing for the bills.

Yes. Sign him for two seasons.

Warner, Edwards/Fitz/Brohm, Brown this season.

Warner, Brown/Leftover 'vet', Rookie next season.

Why not see if Jake Plummer will come out of retirement? The list is endless...

Warner was great when he had time to throw and good receivers but with what we have he would look worse than JP. He is a turnover machine when pressured...small hands, can't hang onto the football.

unless wegmans is looking for a stock boy who's willing to work for free, there is zero need for warner in buffalo.

I would bet Wegmans would pay Kurt top stockboy dollar. He does have experience you know.

Why would he retire from a Super Bowl contender to come here? Useless thread.

+1. I'm sure Kurt is looking for another concussion.

I know people here are desperate, but as one-time Celtic head coach Rick Petino once said to the press in Boston "Larry Bird ain't walkin' through that door!" You have to accept that a) no proven QB's are sittin' around available right now, and b) If there were any, why would they choose to join a team in as much trouble as this one? Our only hope is one of our QBs gets it in time for regular season, or someone we don't know but is good gets cut and Nix scoops him up.

Jack Trudeau!!

I think this thread was a joke. It got many spirited replies, so I guess it was a success.

There is no way anybody could actually think this a possibility long enough to make all of the arguments against it.

His line in Arizona was made to look better because they had a competent QB behind center. Mike Gandy was his left tackle.
