I'm sure the team knew this was coming for awhile now. Teams usually know a few weeks ahead of time. It would explain his lack of reps and lack of talk about him. Unless he really just blows.

They're all 4-gamers, I think. But for him to get one for weed or whatever he would have had to have failed a previous test, IIRC.
