damn.

I wasn't at the game but I had forgotten what it is like to watch a competent Bills team. The contrast between then and now is almost nauseating.

I hope Gailey rights this ship and sooner rather than later.

Oh how things have changed in 20 years.

Edit: 10 years really.

Except the comeback game was in Buffalo, not Houston.

The announcers are so much classier than the ESPN crew.

I was at both Patriots game that year. I took the road trip to Foxboro in '89 and I received season tickets for my high school graduation in '88 and kept them until 90.

that was the worst Bills team too of that era... Bickering Bills
That team really almost imploded... guys like Burkett being jerks (before he got cut early on and the Jets picked him up)
somehow that team won the division, but they played terribly, I remember Kelly getting pelted with snowballs in that Saints loss

And Jim Kelly was being criticized from teammates, fans and the media that year because he called out Howard Ballard for missing a block that got him creamed and wasn't afraid to voice his displeasure to teammates which is exactly what many posters on here wish Trent Edwards would do
