He was handfighting a little better this game, but Antonio Coleman looked like a man possessed at times. It will be interesting to see how many OLBs we carry into the season with how big of a question mark it is though.

Situational pass rusher, marginal teammate, sunk cost. Maybin makes the team despite the better judgment of this board.

Taking in consideration the players drafted after him, Maybin in the biggest bust in Buffalo Bills history.

So lets hope for our sake he makes the best of it.

Unfortunately his main flaw is going to be very hard to overcome and that's his lack of mass. Strength training is great and it helps, but there's no substitute for natural genetic mass and strength.

I just hope that the guy who ultimately green lighted his pick was Jauron and not someone still on staff.

True, very similar to most of your posts.

Seriously though, does there have to be 10 Maybin sucks threads every day? At this point, who is arguing? I guess it's a way to post something that everybody will agree with.

Im tired of this bust ****. Its not his fault Buffalo selected him soo high. He is and was a project to begin with. Now hes in the position he should of been in from the beginning.Give the young kid a chance with real coaches. He is a MISTAKE pick from a ****TY front office on a ****TY team plain and simple. Let the kid grow and get better with real coaches.

When this "Mistake" doesn't grow are you going to blame the "good coaching" or will you label him the bust that he is? Sorry but either players have it or they don't.

                    Enough said.

Agree it wasn't his fault he got picked where he did but he sure did hold out for more money. He cashed in.

                      Bust.

Does that mean if you were selected that high, and knew you weren't ready, you wouldn't want the money?

Seems if he was nervous it may be his only contract, all the reason to want more $$.

Being picked high or getting paid has nothing to do with my opinions of him being a bust.

His performance on the field and all the good players who drafted after him are my reasons.

Performance on the field I understand TD but he was put in a position to fail at DE with his small frame. But being picked before other good players IS NOT HIS FAULT its the ****ty front offices fault.

This kid was 21 years old a couple of months ago. He has desire and passion. Right now, he's just lacking the strength. But you can't teach speed, and work ethic, which he has. Packing on lbs is something that can be taught/achieved. His body is barley done developing. I wasn't crazy about another Bills 'potential' pick, but I'm waiting to see what happens before I start calling this 22 year old kid a 'bust'.
