Update from Danny at Bills practice.

Micheal Matthews is injured. The Bills are down to Stupar at TE.

Not sure how severe or what the injury is. That is all I know

Luckily they all suck, we can pick up a scrub off the street that wouldn't be much of a down grade.

According to Danny he pulled something. Hopefully it is only a tweak.

As a quick note: I played TE in High school.

I am too old, slow and small to play in the NFL, but I am cheap so maybe Ralph will sign me.

This organization has been going downhill since Rusty Jones left. True story.

Are you white? and more importantly do you have a high motor?

If no to either of those questions, move along you're not Bills material.

Unless you're a quarterback, tight end or defensive end

Incredible. It's as if a hit list has been ordered on any TE we have.

I see 2 signings this week.

And Chicago has been going up? What about Brian Urlacher's Calf?

I think it was said half tongue in cheek.

Every team has injuries. I don't really think we're unique on that.

the "high-motor white guy" criteria only applies to Bills' DE's.

To be a Bills' TE, the criteria is:
-Below average blocker
-the ability to drop passes, particularly in the endzone (known as the Robert Royal special)
-the ability to trip over your own feet in the open field (known as the Reimersma Shuffle)

So, Lecter's actually a pretty good candidate.

3 injuries and a suspension at one position TWO WEEKS into the preseason?
Two 2010 rookies already on IR?

I'm pretty sure that's unique.

Actually the one thing I could do was catch the ball. I can promise that I would be better than Royal or the one TE that was worse than Royal at that, Ruben Gant.

Yeah, that threw me as well. How cold is that? "Hey Matthews! Leave your jersey. The new guy needs it!"

Ok, Skatezilla. You should go out and tape yourself and send it to them
