Ding...ding...ding...we have a winner! After being stuck with a team with no direction and no strong leader at the top, we finally have a coach who has made it very clear that he is the "man" and I'm thrilled about that. Confidence comes from the top and I believe that eventually Gailey will have this team back to respectability.

There was no leader last year.


This year, there is no leader as of yet considering we haven't had the chance to see anyone step up in a real game situation, but if I had to choose someone I would say its gonna be Stroud or Spiller (although I think it's tough for a rookie to fill that role). I def. see Stroud as a guy who could fire this team, especially defense, up this year.
