Last Regular Season Meeting
Who needs to debate the Bills’ revolving door at quarterback when Marshawn Lynch showed he can effectively fill two positions?
The rookie running back threw a touchdown pass and ran for another on consecutive fourth-quarter possessions, sparking Buffalo’s popgun attack in a 33-21 win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.
No big deal, said Lynch, the first-round pick who has now helped produce six of the Bills’ nine offensive touchdowns this season.

Important Storylines
T.O. back in Buffalo
The Bills will travel to Cincinnati in the regular season, but tonight, Terrell Owens comes back to Buffalo where he spent the 2009 season. I'm guessing that the fans will give him a fairly warm reception since he was pretty reserved last season despite turmoil at the QB position and among the coaching staff. Expect to see the Bills in a lot of Nickel coverage.
Starters play at least a half
Coach Gailey, as is customary in game 3 of the preseason, is expected to play the starters on both sides of the ball at least one half. He did mention, however, that the staff would be particularly careful with Eric Wood and Demetrius Bell - though Wood will probably go a little bit longer than Bell. Aside from two big plays against the Colts, the offense has been stagnant. The Bills will look to sustain drives and be consistent with the extensive outing tonight.
Bills secondary vs. 85 an 81
Donte Whitner and Drayton Florence have both been "vocal" about Cincinnati's dynamic duo coming to town this weekend. The last time Ochocinco was at the Ralph, he was knocked out by Whitner in a Bills victory. I'm actually looking forward to some jawing tonight in what is shaping up to be an inspired preseason game - if there is such a thing.
Camp battles shaping up
There are still position battles going on strong even as camp has come to an end. The WR2 spot is up for grabs since Steve Johnson has been underwhelming and Chad Jackson has performed. Rush LB is open due to an injury to Reggie Torbor, work for the role of backup QB is still going with that conclusion probably coming after tonight. Also, we'll have to see how the CBs line-up tonight coming off of an Indy game where McKelvin shined and Florence looked poor.
