What was McGee and George Wilson thinking?!

Op got it right when he said we would have some huge growing pains switching to the 3-4. Please watch the video on the Ochocinco TD. McGee and Wilson not only both ran to where there was to players to cover but they essentially took eachother out of the play. Is our DC getting these guys up to speed?

George Wilson is being exposed in this defense. He's not that good and he never will be. He's a special teams contributer and nothing more. He's more suited for the cover 2 soft coverage. He's slow to the ball and to his responsibilities. Basically he's a backup at the very best. He's actually a WR for pete sake!

Disagree. That play was a bad one no doubt, but Wilson IMO was our best d-back that game. He was solid in run support and pass rush.

This is an excellent thread. There were no other breakdowns in coverage over the last week of preseason. I think this needs addressed. Although, Ralph is probably too cheap...

Wilson was flying to the ball a good amount in that game.

I was ready to declare McKelvin's new nickname be Blanket.

              That's ignorant.
