Howard is not getting cut...he has been solid and Chan is very high on him. I'm not sure why you don't like him?

Im not down on him, I think he makes the practice squad no problem. Id prefer to add a vet who you can count on in case of injury.

There is no quality vet out there that is going to come in and be able to play on this team in a pinch should it be needed. We tried that last yr as our Oline dropped like flies, and look what a wonderful year we had. You need people who know the calls, who know the scheme, who understand what Gailey wants them to do and who know who they are playing next to.

Id rather have a vet. If we lose Levitre or Wood for weeks, your comfortable with Howard as the starter? Thats scarry. Id feel much better with a vet backup.
