The Bills didn't draft him thinking he could contribute this season. If they keep him around, (either on the PS or the third QB on the active roster) his job is to learn how to be an NFL QB. He's got the measurables and he seems to be a bright guy, but there are no guarantees. The Bills might keep him and he turns out to be a dud, or he might develop even into a potential starter. Or they could cut him and he disappears from the surface of the earth or he might pop up somewhere and have a nice career. The one thing nobody should have expected is that he would come in and never make a mistake or look like a raw rookie.
