Jones showed good hands and could tackle on ST's. He's legit.

Ask yourself why Chad Jackson was so quickly cut by the Pats ?? He dropped a couple easy ones and failed to cut short his routes when the QB was being blitzed at least 3 times, drawing an on camera scolding from Gailey.

Did you see him running down the field with his head down while his QB was blitzed, failing to cut his route short and help his QB ? This happened at least 3 times during the pre-season, causing Gailey to scream at him once on camera. Do you think this may have been a reason NE bailed on this 2nd rounder so fast and no one signed him for a year ?

Could it be he's dumber than a bag of rocks ?

Jones may be gone tomorrow after a waiver acquisition and he's still better than Jackson.
