      If this is true...this pretty much guarantees they have their eyes on somebody outside the organization to come in and fill a WR spot.

          I'm surprised if that's true. I thought he did well. I also thought he looked like he 'wanted it'.

            I would think so. Did he get banged up the other night? Could that be the other reason? Otherwise, Jackson being cut doesn't make much sense to me.

                    No, Roosevelt didn't make it, but UDFAs Howard, Coleman and D. Harris did, in addition to Nelson and Jones.
                    Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

                      I thought Jackson looked pretty good in camp and preseason.

                          Jones being kept was certainly related to Special Teams - Gailey says as much in an interview on bb.com. It's worth a look at, although he isn't trying to give much away in respect of PS etc.
