No, Roosevelt didn't make it, but UDFAs Howard, Coleman and D. Harris did, in addition to Nelson and Jones.

Jones being kept was certainly related to Special Teams - Gailey says as much in an interview on bb.com. It's worth a look at, although he isn't trying to give much away in respect of PS etc.
