A FB is important in Gailey's offense so if they think Ferguson is a good one then he isn't a waste.

If he's that important, they should have cut one of the safeties and kept 2 FBs.

maybe they told bell, we would rather have you, but we need to get marshawn some playing time to get his stock up. then we can trade him and bring you back into the picture.

I'm hoping for Roosevelt on the PS, too, but that may be more sentimental because of his UB ties.

That doesn't mean a FB is worth a practice squad spot, then again, the Bills don't really utilize their practice squad like other teams. There are, what, three guys on this team that have made it from the practice squad to the team on a like full time basis? A fullback can go to another league and get better and the fact that there are always fullbacks available.
