I figured we should have one thread to bring all of the Miami trolls to.

I really believe that the fins are underestimating the Bills. Some of the fans have acknowledged that Spiller, plus Gailey running a much more competant offense, might be alot more problematic that they first thought.

I also think that if your a Dolphin fan you can't be pleased with the pre-season. I know Sprano wasn't.

Bills 24 Dolphins 17.

Bills start 1-0.

Miami is hurting defensively, especially in the backfield. Long is also iffy to be 100% come game time.

I suspect the stadium will be VERY hostile.

Combine that with getting Byrd and Torbor back with Henne doing little to impress in the preseason, I think the Bills can pull out a win.

I think the Bills win 24-13. Fins offense cannot get going. Trent riddles the crappy pass defense of the Fins.

Its a hard one to figure. Miami hasn't covered the edge very well but the D-line is very stout. That could lead to some fireworks from CJ.

Buffalo has a very suspect line and Mike Nolan will send the house repeatedly at your QB.

Miami has only shown 10% of the offense so far. We don't know what we have.

Should be a great one!
I hope you enjoy it as much as us Phin fans will.

I just can't hate your team anymore. All my hatred is pointed at the Jests and that fat ass coach.

Bills - 135

Miami - 3

A massive Hurricane forms at noon on Sunday, travels across the Atlantic in record time and levels Ft. Lauderdale by 3:50 PM, right around the time Spiller crosses the 500 yard mark for the game.

The Bills beat the Dols by 2 TD's in Buffalo last year, and the Bills were so much worse last year it's not even comparable. A

Stack the box. Hold the run game in check. I hope thats what happens. Still have to double Marshall. That leaves somebody open every play.

I would take the opposite approach. Cover and force us to run.

The Bills beat the Dols by 2 TD's last year in Buffalo, despite lousy coaching, poor/inexperienced personnel, injuries, and instability all-around. The Bills should win. If the game was in Miami, I wouldn't be as confident.

Last time I checked it is this year as in the present year. Nothing any team did matters one bit this week. We are all undefeated at this point. The speculation is fun though.

So then, what should be used? The pre-season? That wasn't much better for Miami.

We are dealing with different rosters than last year. We used less than 20% of the offense and defense in preseason. Didn't send a first team blitz once the entire preseason. I don't think you can use either.

Regardless, you can't be happy with Miami's defense, and the secondary in particular. They were one of the worst units in the NFL last year and don't figure to be much better, if not worse, since Smith has been benched (his development was considered important for the defense) and replaced by proven bust Jason Allen. On the D-line, Starks for Ferguson is a huge downgrade. Then there's the loss of 17 sacks (Wake is more hype than substance and Dansby, especially in the 3-4, was never a big sacker). And then there are 2 rookies starting. I think that blitzing will have to be a staple of Miami's defense, to hide the lack of pass-rushing and flaws in the secondary. But blitzing is a dangerous game.

On offense, the Henne-Marshall connection will have to show a LOT more than it did in the pre-season. And with Marshall demanding the ball, that leaves fewer touches for Bess and Hartline.

Well we are about to find out if Gailey managed to do what he set out to, make it tough as hell for any team to come to our house and leave with a victory. Personally, I don't think Miami has any idea what they are walking into on Sunday. lol Everyone outside of Buffalo is going to realize Gailey is no Dick Jauron after Sunday is done.

I only have one more thing to say about Sunday...
"Miami is going DOWN Garry" "rahhhhhhhh" lol

It's tough to find any of us willing to talk smack considering 2 straight 0-2 starts under Sparano (last year was an 0-3 start). We didn't see a lot in the preseason to suggest the team's gonna come out strong, so we're going to wait and see. This game is one that either team could take. As long as Henning doesn't call for Ricky Williams to throw any passes, I'm going to enjoy watching a real game for a change.

I do think the Phins are a better team on paper, but I know enough to know that doesn't matter much on opening day, let alone any other divisional road game.

Sparano & co. won the division in year 1, after taking over a 1-15 team. Last year was not impressive, granted, but what are the odds on the Bills winning the division?

I was pretty happy with the defense. A few things could be fixed and we don't have all our starters out there.

The refs didnt call holding on practically every play against you guys. Good game. We get to talk about another one soon. I wish the best to you against the Jets. I will be cheering.

Spiller torched the defense, theres no way they can keep up with that speed. 7 rush, 6 yards, 4 catches,8 yards.
