Did anyone catch the NFL network airing of sinner to saint the A. Hargrove story?
It was pretty interesting how many times this happens to athletes and they are never heard from or go on to a world of trouble! He was in a bad place when he was on the Bills that is for sure but is good to see someone make aganist the odds!IMO!!!!

I always liked Hargrove. I remember one Miami game where he had a huge tackle on Cleo Lemon. Thought for sure that he would be flagged for unnecessary roughness.

Too bad he couldn't keep his act together while he was a Bill.

i remember exactly the hit you are talking about. my dad and i were wideeyed when lemon got up. we were like, "helmet or no helmet, you have to stay down when your head hits the ground that hard."

it was so viscious that for a second you didn't even want to cheer.

My hope for Maybin is he becomes at least as good as Hargrove was. Whenever he was in there he put pressure on the QB.

Hargrove was one of the better free-agent pickups this team has made in the past decade. He was a beast. Unfortunately, beasts are hard to tame.
