Question...Why is Parrish a start and Evans a sit?

If anything, Evans would be a start for the reasons you provide and Parrish a sit, mostly because Evans is/should be the WR most targeted Sunday.

If you saw my my post from a few days ago, it outlined why. Vontae Davis is still starting and he'll be shadowing Evans, thus leaving Steve Johnson and Roscoe Parrish against Allen and Smith. I am of the opinion that Parrish will have a big day in the slot and Evans will be more of a decoy. We'll see come tomorrow, but just my opinion.

There's ways that Gailey can combat that through gameplanning...motion Evans a lot during the game, line him up in different spots though.

With creative playcalling you can get Evans on one of the weaker corners for at least 33% of the snaps. And obviously Evans is a more talented player than Parrish who should be able to take more advantage of those situations.

I have to come up with three starters in the game and three guys to sit. obviously most people may not even have Parrish on their rosters yet, but hell it's week 1. I put him on there because I believe he is actually a legit WR this season both in reality and fantasy.
