After lots of calls, emails and the attention from the story going National....the Bills decided not to go to slot parking for now. And if they do go to slot parking, they will give Kenny and the others more advance notice and refunds on their permit too.

They also talked to Kenny and said that they don't want to chase him away and the plan to turn Lot 1 into a "family" lot has been postponed. Apparently, they realized that doing this in the middle of the season after already getting people's money for parking permits was a bad idea. Kenny did agree to no longer supply free liquor via the bowling ball shots. But everything else is fine with his tailgate and he will be staying for the season.

Something tells me that all the publicity about them doing this to such a diehard fan that never misses a road or home game made them rethink their plans. So....basically, Kenny and the red pinto tailgate will remain in lot 1 for this season. There will no longer be anymore bowling ball shots, at least for this year. They may still move to a private lot, but not this season.

This is still ridiculous. The fact that the Buffalo Bills would

A) Continue to put a subpar product on the field
B) Anger their most diehard fans

Is truly insulting to this fanbase.

Kenny offered to stop the bowling ball shot just to appease that idiot NFL official.

Wow...it looks like the Bills asked him to stay! That had to be hard for them.

I will still say that some legal eagle in the NFL offices (probably after watching the NFL expose on Kenny) crapped a brick when they found out about the bowling ball shots basically being given out to anybody walking by. The league is very anti-lawsuit - when do they ever win? Word came down, without the Bills input, to make this all go away.

Yet another reason why the NFL sucks dick.. This is one of the gayest things ever!!! There is hardcore boozing going on everywhere you look. Why go after the teams biggest fan???? It makes me sick.

The NFL is about image and liability. The lots don't open as early because of liability, the beer stands close after the third because of liability, you can only by 2 beers at once because of liability and now that the NFL has featured Kenny as a fan the Bills and NFL are on the hook for an incident which will expose them to liability.

I'm surprised it's lasted his long.

It's funny how the original reasons to give him the boot get lost. The family atmosphere they promote is sponsored by Miller Light, Coors Light, Smirnoff Ice, Viagra and Cialis.

Like it or not people do party and give each other food and drinks when they tailgate. Maybe now the NFL can focus on moving the SB to London, or another rule change to help the game like Calvin Johnsons game winning touchdown.

Yea, it's a shame in today's lawyer driven world we live people can't be held accountable for their own actions anymore.

To spite the Bills, I'll be providing shots for free to passers by across from the stadium.

From what I've read, it seems as though it's the NFL rather than the Bills, who were the root cause of the fuss in the first place.

I heard Colin Cowerd say that Kenny actually said that he is a reason why some fans come to the games? Now that is funny s**t! No offense, but nobody goes to the games to see the pinto. They may stop by because they've heard of it, but I highly doubt ANYBODY goes to a game to see Kenny.

The Bills are lucky people are actually willing to go to their games at all, considering how bad and how long they have sucked.

The No Fun League is at it again. I honestly hope the UFL does well, expands, and replaces this wimpy league.

You take away tailgating, and I have a hard time going to games like that Colts one last year.

I heard Colin Cowerd say that Kenny actually said that he is a reason why some fans come to the games? But to answer what seems like a question, I believe he said something like characters like him add to the tailgating experience which he thinks is part of the reason fans come to games.

His story was all over and one of the shows dedicated about 20 minutes to why this guy is exactly why the NFL, and it's players, aren't getting it.
