Off the top of my head, no one.

I think he should be looking for the player who can make all the throws, wind or not, who can lead an offense with solid decision making, and who has good character. Several guys may fit. And if all else is equal, he should go with the guy who has the intangibles.

Luck is still my favorite but he needs to show he doesn't lose his poise and decision making against good teams. If he can show he can lead his team and move the chains against quality teams, I think he may lock up the #1 QB rank... if he comes out.
