The Bills are 7th from the bottom (26th) in salary.

The Pats are 12th, the Jets 6th, the Fins 15th. The Skins spent the most.

What players do we have that are worth big deals that would raise our 'rank'?

That being said, I wouldn't mind if they spent a few bucks on McNeil.

Who have we spent money on in free agency that made this team significantly better?

Nobody, really, but that doesn't mean they haven't spent it.

Stroud has a nice deal, and he's the closest thing to a hit. Big bucks on Dockery, Walker, Schobel, Kelsay etc haven't helped.
