The Sacramento Bee reports Oakland Raiders CB Phillip Buchanon (wrist) appears to be completely recovered from last season's broken wrist that allowed him to be active for just six games. He was back in practice this week working at cornerback and returning punts. Defensive coordinator Chuck Bresnahan plans to use Buchanon a lot more as the team's fifth defensive back to cover receivers in the slot.
