DallasCowboys.com reports Dallas Cowboys rookie CB Terence Newman is not expected to holdout as long as last year's fifth overall pick CB Quentin Jammer (Chargers). Jammer held out for nearly seven weeks and missed valuable practice time in training camp. "I really don't know much about Quentin Jammer," Newman said. "All I know is that I won't hold out as long as he did." Newman expects to sign a contract very similar to the contract Jammer signed as a rookie in 2002. Both Newman and Jammer were taken at the fifth spot in the draft. Jammer received a five-year deal worth $15.6 million with a $10.5 million signing bonus.
