All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
I give the FO a break for passing on Clay because that was a difficult projection compared to where they were picking. Passing on Orakpo was beyond ******ed though.

Another player that was a question mark. That's why sometimes it's an advantage to pick lower. You can take a bit of risk and you don't over-think things as much. You just take what falls to you.
And it worked out perfect for GB because they were switching to the 3-4 and probably had Clay targeted. If he didn't work out it would not have been a huge deal since they picked him late in round 1.
And Maybin didn't have any question marks ? He was drafted as a d-end with the build of a wr.
He was actually pretty buff throughout the draft process and he has returned to that now. He is probably about 245 right now. The problem with Maybin is his lower base. He doesn't have strong thighs. He needs more weight in his butt-thigh area. Either that or he learns to use his body more effectively ala Jason Taylor.
