81 SABRES GAMES AVAILABLE IN HD THIS SEASON

The Buffalo Sabres and MSG Networks (MSG/MSG Plus) today announced that 81 of the team’s 82 regular season games will be televised in High Definition. MSG Networks will be the home to 72 broadcasts this season and these games will also be distributed by MSG in HD. Buffalo’s home game on December 21 against Anaheim will not be seen on TV as it falls during an exclusive Versus broadcast window.

but that doesn't even make sense because VS has been showing all their broadcasts in HD for years now. Also, more than one Sabres game is scheduled for VS this year (I think they had 10 or 11), so why does it only affect the one?

Not sure why it is a problem but that is what the story says. The Versus games are usually not on MSG.

Same old story- if your team doesn't have someone named Crosby or Ovechkin, you get ****ed by NBC and VS.
