Former WVU quarterback Jarrett Brown is here today, and they also worked out Levi Brown, most recently with the Buffalo Bills.

Mike Tomlin said they have no plans to sign a third quarterback, and another source said they will not sign one to the practice squad either.

Why would a team workout a player they had no intention of signing in the first place?

Makes no sense, what is the logic behind it?
