Source: Marc Savard could miss season

BOSTON -- Boston Bruins (http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/clubhouse?team=bos) forward Marc Savard (http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/players/profile?playerId=826) could miss the entire 2010-2011 season with post-concussion syndrome, according to a team source, although Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli said later Tuesday that Savard could be back "in short order."

This is actually interesting news... Savard being injured takes him off the books and allows Boston to make a move or two... which right now we're a little handcuffed on.

We're stacked at Center so losing Savy isn't a killer, although having him (at 100%) is certainly where Boston wants to be.
