All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

They're rather let him walk at the end of the season than stock piling draft picks. Get a 3rd for him is better than zero. It's not like we're going to the playoffs this season so why not count this as a off year and cut your losses for the future.
We need the depth at rb. An injury can hurt our playoff chances down the stretch.
Now you're getting the spirit!
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
Fred Jackson will be 30 in February, and it's still to be determined whether Spiller can be an every down RB in this league. Joique Bell is with the Eagles and our only PS RB is Andre Anderson.
We need to get a fairly high pick for Lynch before we destroy our depth at one of the few positions where we actually have some depth.

I think Nix feels as the season goes on and teams start to position themselves the value of Lynch will go up when your desperate. The problem is if Lynch gets hurt we're screwed. I think he's gone by the 6-8th game

I don't get why so many people want to move Lynch.
He's 24, shown he's durable, and has a pair of 1,000 yd seasons under his belt. Pound for pound, nobody runs as hard as Lynch. He's only a year older than Spiller.
This is a two back league, with some teams able to effectively use 3. Like people have said, Fred is almost 30, and we don't know what will happen when he hits that. Why get rid of the chance to have the best young RB duo in the league? They'll complement each others style and could be good for us for a long time if the situation is handled properly.
They trade Jackson for all I care, but Jackson's value is higher to us (he can play) than the rest of the league will pay us for (he's old). That's why trading Lynch makes the most sense because we can get more for him.
When Lynch has his head properly in the game he is one of the best power runners in the league. If the Bills can find a way to keep him and use him with Spiller as a Thunder and Lightning combination then I'm all for not trading him. If they're not going to try and keep him though they should trade him soon.

You guys, the solution is so simple. Find the crazy kids who are shooting up the schools and have them shoot people getting off planes from West Africa.
No more school shootings, no more Ebola.
Obama would have thought of this already if he wasn't a pinko commie Nazi queer-loving wetback-loving Kenyan Indonesian Muslim.
