No way in hell he starts against us. He's gotta get down to Jacksonville, find a place to stay, meet some people, etc. He won't even have a week to study the playbook, much less get much practice in or even begin to develop any sort of chemistry. Trent won't start that game.

You're right, he didn't. He was a class act. A horrible QB, but a classy guy. I wish him best of luck in the future.

That being said, whenever we play him I still want our team to crush him. Just like any other opposing QB.

I'm halfway with you.

I'm not angry he didn't become our "franchise" quarterback.

I'm merely disappointed that he "wasn't a fan of the NFL" and never really helped us outside of a handful of games.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's inactive for the game @ the Ralph.

I would say I'm a little shocked, but I'm not. I won't agree with a Dolphin fan, just out of principle, but I'll say we share a similar sentiment.

Trent never did anything to Buffalo.

He sucked it up at QB, but that is nothing he did intentionally. The guy tried, and I bet, if he ever decides to talk about it candidly, he came close to a nervous ****ing breakdown here.

What we witnessed in Trent was a self confidence meltdown of epic proportions. It is sad it had to happen in front of a fan base that has been deprived of winning for a decade, and a venomous media. It's sad it happened at all, but I wouldn't wish for any of you to be in his shoes...well maybe a couple...no, I'd just put you on ignore before I got to that point.

This is far from an open letter to Trent, I am glad we have moved on. Just before you wish for something like we tear him limb from limb, try to think about what this was like for him. I wish him the best...just don't beat us.
