I hope so. Ayodele offers almost the same support in the run game as Davis playing the garbage man Ilber, just Davis is far superior in the pass game. And that's not saying much.

Stroud has been a non factor, just like last year. He continues to get the free pass on here, which is odd. Almost everybody gets lit up, but Stroud. Dude makes a fortune, and is invisible on game day. Even Kyle was catching **** last week...deservedly so.

Get Carrington in there...what's the worst that could happen? How about Troup...we were pathetic against the run, and there was no pass rush, so what have we got to lose?

Throw my man Kelsay, Daddy Fat Sacks, out there at DE, or ILB, the guy can do it all.

Stroud is a pretty bad player since his 1st year here. He is done.

I think Stroud is pretty stout still. Idk where your perception is coming from that he's not making sacks so he sucks. That said, there was not one positive performer in the front 7 last week.

McGee may be out also but the Bills won't suffer there, due to quality depth.

We have few quality starters or depth in our front 7, at present. I like some things I see from Ellis & Troup should be playing ahead of Williams. The rest have been underachieving in a big way.

With a semi mobile QB in there, the OL line becomes less of an issue but nothing can disguise our shortage of talent in the Front 7.

Outside of QB, this is our biggest worry and we need a big influx of actual talent here if we ever expect to be competitive in games.

Well if you watched the Jets games from last year he got his butt kicked 1 on 1 all game.

If Stroud wasn't a former pro bowler he would be getting as much crap as Kelsay. He is terrible. He is breaking down. He is finished.

Yep. Regardless of opinions about their play - with Stroud/Davis not available, they lose some defensive player rotation, and that makes the selection of the game day roster more difficult.

The loss of depth will show up in the second half when our players will be gassed. This should be just like most of our games, close until the end of the third quarter or so and then the Jets will take control.
