Thanx Hammer... I think every Bills QB from now until the end of times, should be forced to watch footage of Jim Kelly instead of studying the opposition...

WHAT A HUGE CONTRAST FROM THE BALLESS TRENT!

Wasn't it nice to have a lot of bodies on the defensive line to make the QB guess/fear rather than play vanilla "hey, they're backing off in to coverage," or "Hey, they're up on the line for a reason cause they're going to rush!" mentality? It's just gotten too predictable and too sad... yet I will be there Sunday...

I wait on the Conlan family in my new job and I fear what I would ask Shane if I brought up the Buffalo Bills today. (His son is a great QB on a weak team here in Western PA).
              Bye Bye Brady...

Oh to have receivers like Reed and Lofton. Kelly just throws up a duck and Reed goes and gets it. Kelly heaves a ball down the sideline and the speedy bean-pole Lofton grabs it and runs it in. Glory Days.

it's so weird to hear the underdog Jets. and so weird to watch that and the confidence those 90's team had.

One of the things you tend to forget, is how good the QB class of Kelly's year was. While Jimbo was clearly better, O'Brien was no slouch, and would be definitely deemed 'franchise' calibre today. TBH, it would only realistically be Manning, Brady and Brees, who are clearly better than him.

Tony Eason was a fine quarterback too... took the Pats to a Super Bowl
only Blackledge flamed out, but he has a nice college football broadcasting career now
                              O'Brien and Eason disappeared.
