It feels like a piano has been lifted off this fan's back. Now that Edwards is gone, even though I know Fitz isn't much better, I am at least excited for the game.
With Edwards at the helm, I went in to each week apathetic, distant, lethargic and just plain unimpressed. Through the first few weeks I was more excited to take a look around the league than I was to watch MY team play. That's just sad. But that is what 10 years without the playoffs will do to you. It makes you numb.
We may lose by 40 today, but at least I'm excited for the ride. I understand it's a rebuilding year. I accept that. But I at least expect to be entertained along the way.
Let's go Buffalo!
