View Full Version : For me...Yesterday was the day that

0-16 became a realistic accomplishment for this team. Just a putrid brand of football and most of my defense for that comes from the way our D has regressed this season, and let me repeat that for my vision impaired friends, the defense has REGRESSED this season, not progressed. Allow me to show you what I mean in terms of stats;

Week 1-
v. Miami
296 Total Yards Allowed
132 Rushing Yards Allowed
6 TFL
3 Sacks
8 QB Hits

Week 2-
v. Green Bay
346 Total Yards Allowed
91 Rushing Yards Allowed
3 TFL
0 Sacks
2 QB Hits

Week 3-
v. New England
445 Total Yards Allowed
200 Rushing Yards Allowed
4 TFL
1 Sacks
2 QB Hits

Week 4-
v. NYJ
444 Total Yards Allowed
273 Rushing Yards Allowed
3 TFL
0 Sacks
0 QB Hits

We have allowed 400+ Total yards, and 200+ rushing yards each of the last two weeks and somehow our pass rush has gone from horrificly bad, to not even getting close enough to the QB ever to even hit him.

Yes my friends 0-16 is a real possibility this season and its a sad, sad day.

Hey look on the bright side: Ralph has had some putrid teams in 51 years, but has never accomplished 0-16.

Good luck to him.

Even the 1981 Baltimore Colts, the team that gave up the most points in NFL history, won a pair of games.

Of course they beat the equally inept New England Patriots twice.

We're still not on pace to give up 533 points, only 500.

With our luck, two other teams will go 0-16 also and we'll lose the tie-breakers and pick 3rd.

So, where's the pool predicting whether the Bills, Niners, Panthers, or Lions will win a game first?

We don't need that pool...it is apparently obvious that those two teams are all rebuilt and ready to rock. We can only hope to be where they are after 3-4 years.

this team is one pathetic pile of ****. i don't ever remember being truly embarrased to say i was a bills fan before.. i remember thinking that we were bad but we were not the lions, bucs, ect...

all of the other teams that are winless right now seem significantly better to me. and that is not saying much for them..

we are as awful as i have ever seen.. the team is full of guys collecting a paycheck.. from the top to the bottom.

Out of that group, we will be the last team to win a game.

bills go 0-15-1. Lose the tiebreaker to the team we tied. they take a qb, we take ryan leaf.
10 more years of suckiness.

If we fail to beat Jacksonville I'll be there too. But going 0-16 is an extremely difficult thing to do in the NFL. Keep in mind that since 1978 when the league first went to a 16 game season, it's only happened once. That's puts odds of them going 0-16 highly unlikely.

Have you watched any games?

I thought there was a possibility of going 0-16 when I saw the schedule.

yall know dayum well even if we get a high draft pick..one of the following will happen..wilson is too dayum cheap so he trades down..we draft a CB or S with our 1st round pick even though we have a million other needs..or the most LIKELY scenerio we draft a BUST and then prolly give him an extension..F*** ralph wilson.

*sigh*

Of course as they're the RW owned Buffalo Bills they can't even "win" in being the biggest loser....Detroit beat them to the inglorious distinction of being 0-16.

I was there. I agree 100% with the thread.
