I'm ok with it. We need to bottom out and clean house. Getting rid of an awful Edwards and a suspension waiting to happen in Lynch were the first steps. Keep it going OBD. We've got a lot of work to do.

Conspiracy theory of the day...If thurm is right twice in one day, Kelly has been given the green light to call some shots in preparation for his takeover of the team, due to Ralph's failing condition.

Old age. It's one hundred percent fatal.

Only a few short years ago, our team was going to be built around Marshawn, TE, and Evans.

How quick things change.

There seems to be impressions coming from the general media that more moves might be on the way, but as to what they may be, I doubt anyone actually knows.

There does seem to be quite a bit of activity around the league atm, with various cuts/signings going on, although that may just be a function of guys coming back off of suspensions.

i hope that it's moving evans. picking up a qb would piss me off. i don't want to part with any trades for a mid level qb. we have that in fitz.

the only news that would excite me is a trade for a top LT who is young or confirmation that the team is staying in buffalo with new ownership.

maybe a nix retirement with cowher step in would be fun stuff.

Maybe I'll eat crow on this, but I have zero faith that Thurman knows anything. I think he got lucky more than anything. I mean, how many times has he been flat out wrong? More than 1 for 1, that's for sure.

Where has the ol'soothsayer, who goes by Joe Logan, been?

That was the funniest **** I have experienced in the the last decade.

There were times I was ****ing crying reading about that dude.

Bottom out...check.

Seriously, the Jets game was ****ing horrible. The Browns game last year will never be trumped as my lowest moment as a Bills fan...assuming the unthinkable is left unthunk.

If we are going to start cleaning house, let's get some picks and fill the spots with some wiley vets and UDFA, and see if we can't strike gold...

May I ask why this didn't happen in the offseason? Was Nix that in denial that we were a playoff team?

I bet we trade Evans for a 3rd and conditional.

Evans or Whitner are next to go.

If whitner is traded for decent compensation I will be ecstatic.

As much as it kills me to watch these games and wonder what the F is going on, it's a HUGE relief to see the Bills FO finally doing something to mix it up a bit.

The Bills aren't getting more for Evans than New England is getting for Moss.

this is a different approach to this team then what we ahve seen over th elast 10 years.

Obvioulsy a 180 degree change in direction/attitude and philosophy is exactly what this franchise needs

Trades are a funny thing - Evans has a long term deal in place. It is about more than a players ability.

Yeah, the Vikings are pretty much renting Moss for 3/4 of the year, since an extension wasn't signed before the trade took place. Evans is signed through 2012.

Evans could be a valuable piece for a few teams.

I would try real hard to trade Evans as he is your most valuable piece right now. Besides, the guy has loads of talent and is being completely wasted in Buffalo.
