Fitz can manage the position as a #2, but hes not a starter. 97 yards and 1 TD came in garbage time when the D was giving up the middle of the field. Not bashing Fitz, hes a good guy. But he throws the ball to a WRs feet at crucial times or way overthrows. We need to see Brohm soon and see what we have, although I am not optimistic.

I think we need to get him out there in the next few games for sure.

BTW I am in no way blaming Fitz for the loss, the D let in 36 points and Cornell Penalty Green cost us a potential TD as usual. Interesting he was on the sidelines in the 4th quarter.

Be ready for the Brohm bashing. No need to put him in, better off keeping in a QB that can give us a chance to win 3-4 games!

if the moves is going to happen, it makes sense this week. Hand the guy the rock so he has 2 weeks to prepare.

Fitz has earned my respect with his play. That being said, he is not a starting caliber QB.

Fitz has been our best QB since Bledsoe 2002. Just sayin...

I don't think the coaching staff will do that until Fitz stinks it up.

I am in no way bashing Fitz at all. The guy plays hard and is a good guy. But i with that, at crucial moments he overthrows or underthrows (partly due to pressure). But he is not a future QB and I think we need to see Brohm play eventually. No knock on Fitz.

I'd like to see Brohm but what good will it do? Can he play both ways?

I agree we should see Brohm eventually. I don't think it will be all that soon though. Probably take a bad game by Fitz (probably in a windy/bad weather game).

The point isn't to bring him in to set the team in the right direction. Most would agree he probably won't make much of a difference. But we might as well see what we have in the guy so the FO can cut bait at the end of the season knowing they have seen what he can do.

Chan wont do that while Fitz is putting up good numbers. 7 TD 2 INT. Thats a better ratio than any QB has put up here since Bledsoe pretty much. I want Brohm in there, but Fitz has played well enough to win. Its been our defense dropping the ball.

Tend to agree with the consensus. I think Brian has a lot of potential, but given the situation, Ryan "The Second Coming of Tyler Thigpen" Fitzpatrick gives the offense the best chance to produce right now.

Fitz is playing well, us not winning is not solely on him.

If you see Brohm it won't be until late in the season as long as Fitz stays healthy.

Probably not until late in the year, at least until after we get our first win.

As others have mentioned, Fitz isn't the issue. We've scored just over 23 points per game with Fitz in (21 per game if you take away the Spiller KR TD). At some point, that should be enough to win a game.

The only reason to play Brohm is to see what we have in him, and see how he performs as a starter when the games count. At this point, it seems that Fitz is capable of filling in for a year while next year's rookie (whoever we draft in 2011) sits the bench and gets up to speed.

Fitz is team leader, whatever that is worth. You can't bench him yet. But if he has any more bad games, Brohm will finish they year, if only to see what he can do.

From the sounds of Wilsons statements they don't think they have their future QB on the roster.

I want to see Brohm as much as anyone, but Fitz has earned the starting spot. He has a bit of rope, I'd think. I don't think one bad game would be cause to pull him, unless it was some terrible 5 INT game.

Fitz deserves to start, and has kept the Bills moving in 2 of the 3 games he's started.
