I agree that bringing someone like Bill Parcells helps change the organization, but someone like Bill Parcells isn't coming to Buffalo with an owner like Ralph Wilson. One change at a time.

Ralph is the BIG problem with this organization and always has been. The guy could care less about winning...all he cares about is making the $$$$. It's been proven time and time again.

If I were Parcells, taking for granted a nice paycheck, control over personnel and players, I would think the opportunity to rebuild and return to the playoffs every team in a single division would be pretty appealing.
