Ok bare with me and my title......

im looking for that guy that hates to loose.......the guy that knows that 1 play can bust the game wide open or seal a win......the guy that is in your face....grabing your face mask telling you to man up....

colts...Manning/Freeny

Pats.....Brady....

ravens....Ray Lewis......very much the type of leader im looking for....

steelers......big ben/half there def. and coaching staff

i could list a half dozen more GOOD teams that have this type of leadership
so my question is doze this team have the leadership to overcome the 0-5 start....

Outside of Lee Evans, maybe Eric wood, maybe jackson, maybe byrd, andra davis, stroud, lindell, moorman... the rest of our starters would not start on the majority of other teams in the league

Even Lee Evans wouldn't start on a majority of other teams in the league.

We have two starters that would start on the majority of the other franchises.

Brian Moorman and Garrison Sanborn.

Fred Jackson was certainly trying to do his part against the Jags. If he's getting carries, I think you can safely count on him to get guys going on offense.
On Defense, I don't see anyone in particular who really shows it., there's a few who strike a good pose, mind, but nobody who looks like they are going to inspire with their play.

Your exactly right, I think Jackson and even Fitz to an extent get the offense pumped. There is not TKO Spikes on this defense however.

Well, when Ralph dies, Jim Kelly will be that man. As I have read on this board TOO MANY times, it starts at the top.

To me, it's not a question about being a hero. No offense, but that's a dumb word to use in a football game...as dumb as the word "genius." It's more a question of a player being good at his job. That's it. To answer the question, I don't see anybody standing out or even coming close to being great at his position this year. We have sucked right across the board in general.
