All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

any word on Moorman?

the guy got up a little limpy after the fake punt. i'd hate to see the one talented guy on our roster go onto IR.

Have we heard anything? I'm assuming no news is good news?

Yeah, on 4th and 7 when we were down 10 points but on the series before that when it was 4th and 1 and we where down only 7... we punt.

4-7-BUF 42 (10:14) (Punt formation) 8-B.Moorman right end to BUF 43 for 1 yard (24-M.Owens). WATCH HIGHLIGHT

the commentators were like, "moorman is sprinter but montel caught him."

I ended up saying to my friend, "i don't think many Brian's out run Montel's in most scenarios."

He got 1 yard, I think, on the fake punt. He usually does better than that.

And I agree with some who say that over the last 2 seasons, his punting hasn't been as good as in the past. But he's still pretty damned good.

Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

We shouldn't be blaming Moorman for the failed fake. Maybe if some other players held their block, he would have made it.

4th and 7th? That is a long way to go on a fake punt...He has to go 15 yds for the first down...Horrible time for a fake punt.

Name me one player who dominates his position the way moorman has. even on his off days, he still does better than half the other punters.

What current bill can say either of those things?
