Oh Thurman. If you are 3 for 3, I will never doubt you again.........

On another note, do you think guys like Thruman, who is retired and probably has a lot of free time on his hands, trolls message boards like ours? If so, do you think they ever post?

Posting? Probably not- there are only a couple of people on here who display the kind of football knowledge that a former player would have and I'm 99% sure that none of them are former players.

Lurking and reading? Possibly.

There is one occasional poster on here who is a former Bills player from the early 80'- Jeff Nixon (or, at least it's someone claiming to be him, but he seems legit IMO).

Jeff Nixon.

And he is legit.

If I was an ex-player, retired with all that money, I'm pretty sure I'd be knee deep in hookers and not on a fan message board.

Hey Jim, you owe me a drink at the Big Tree Inn. It's not my fault that the poilce kicked you and your friends out of the back of my brothers pickup after the Sunday night Titans game back in 2000.

You promised me and my brother free drinks (you also called my friends pussies remember?).

Merriman is not cut. He will be cut once he's healthy.

Dr. Lecter is actually Matt Kofler, Historian was his tight end back in the day.
Trivia question, who would that make Historian?

i thought i saw a yahoo sports link that said merriman is cut. oh well.

i'm still perplexed on thurman's tweet. what could happen during a bye week? i guess the team has to do something assinine especially during a bye week where there aren't multiple opportunities on any given sunday.

Lee Evans for Marcus McNeill. I'll kiss my dog.

McNeill just signed an extension, so I doubt he's being traded.

You guys should know to just ignore Thurman's tweets by now. He really needs to get off Twitter.

I seem to be missing something. What exactly did Thurman tweet, and what were the other two things he was right about?

1. He made it to the bathroom this time
2. He once played for the Buffalo Bills

I really shouldnt be critical of a former Bill, but he really acts like a fool on Twitter.'

Historian DID have a tight end until Lecter got a hold of him.
