I wouldn't doubt it.
Probably the Cowboys since they seem to have the more talent on their roster.
I doubt he wants to hurt his coaching record and go to Carolina where he would end up looking like Dick Jauron.

He won't put up with Jerry Jones unless he gets a money offer he can't refuse.

I do think he ends up in Carolina.

John Fox will end up in Dallas. He knows the Jones family very well and is very good friends with Jerry's son Stephen, who works in the front office. Jones has never fired a coach mid-season, so he will let Wade Phillips finish out the year and then hire Fox, who is in the last year of his contract in Carolina.
