All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

The kid's a winner and deserves a long look. A tad on the short side, but the kid has game. He also went to the same high school as a certain Dr. Zaius (no relation to Taylor). LOL

Good point. Thanks guy. Have you seen Wilson play? He's a very exciting player.
Yeah I watched the game a bit last night. Haven't seen enough of him to judge but these guys who rely on their legs a lot in college typically have a tougher road to becoming NFL Qb.

Certainly not if you're talking about taking Russell with a high first round draft pick. He would be a project and nothing close to an improvement over Fitz in the short term.

I like Russell Wilson, but he is only 5'11, which is a huge drawback. Another drawback about Wilson is he is a very good baseball player, and has already been drafted by the Colorado Rockies. Wilson is a great athlete, has great accuracy, can def' make plays w/ his feet, and when he is on his game, he is a very special talent. The knocks on him are of course his height (or lack there of), always gets hurt, arm strength is average, and lacks ideal NFL QB size.
If you walk with Jesus today, you don't have anything to worry about tomorrow...

Let's cut the #2 rated QB in the NFL and take a stab at some kid who may or may not work out? Sounds like a plan to me!
