Talks with draft picks will wait until July

Team does not expect problems signing all 11 by start of training camp
Ravens officials said negotiations with their draft picks won't heat up until after the Fourth of July holiday.
The Ravens expect to sign all 11 of their drafted players - which tied for second most in the league - by the time training camp begins on July 28. Both of their first-round picks, linebacker Terrell Suggs and quarterback Kyle Boller, said last week they don't anticipate any holdout.

"It's very important for me to get there and I expect my agent to do his job," Suggs said.

The slow pace of signing draft picks has been commonplace around the league.
