Chan Gailey at his presser just announced Mansfield Wrotto will be starting at RT, Cordaro Howard has a shoulder injury.

Well aint that dandy, not like it matters, RT is the 3rd biggest need on this team and must be addressed.

If you suck, you get the injury bug, and next guy goes in. Interesting strategy Chan..

With Davis being put on IR, does Maybin dress on Sunday?

He could, but it'll have nothing to do with Davis being out.

Davis is an inside guy.. It's benefical to Adoyele more than anyone.

I thought Adoyele had a pretty good game against the Bears.

Wrotto played well. I liked him better than Howard, who looked worse than Green last week.

Really? I wasn't impressed. He was overmatched on a number of plays, but it could be just from getting his first live action in awhile.

He seemed to be able to absorb the rush better. He didn't appear overly nimble by any means, but I think he fared OK.

By no means do I think the RT spot is settled, and as I have said over and over, I'd love to land Carimi at the top of round 2. But there are other guys later that look pretty decent as well.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I wasn't saying that you were in love with him, just that I really didn't like what I saw. That is definitely a position that needs to be addressed in the draft or FA.

He's with all our other draft picks from this year doing nothing.

Wrotto may well be an improvement actually. Howard was getting beat frequently and had to be given a lot of help against the Ravens, which also makes Bell's performance all the better as he's begun to be able to play decently for the most part. The disturbing thing is the lack of production we're getting from the run game. Bell has much work to do on his run blocking (needs to become more physical) and our RT to date (Green, Howard) have yet to add a thing here as well.

Here's to hoping that Wrotto turns out to be an upgrade. For what it's worth, be appeared to be more effective than Howard against the Bears, but in fairness to Howard, he's got a shoulder problem that will likely end his season, if it hassn't already.

i watched hangartner get bowled over numerous times. we need a starting caliber center not a back up. move wood to center.
